Ottawa Whiskey was founded on a discovered passion.  One with a strong connection to the past. 

It is surprising how memories of good times with friends, of home and loved ones, of experiences since forgotten, and more, can be reborn in a glass of whiskey.  The earthy aroma after a summer downpour, an evening of star-gazing and story-telling by a warm campfire, a stroll along a beach on a windy day - images and scents like these can be found in a nice dram.

And that is what we work to bring to our tastings - authentic, engaging, enjoyable ways for you to appreciate good whiskey and maybe even rediscover memories of your own.
